TRAINING

HOME TRAINING
Home Training is an excellent way to improve all levels for fitness in your own home.
Ideal for those who don't have time to get to the gym, MPC fitness brings the gym to you!
Home training incorporates a variety of body weight exercise and utilizes specialist equipment such as the Vipr and the TRX suspension trainer.
Home training sessions start from £20 an hour depending on your location.

ONE ON ONE
Are you a regular member of a gym who works hard but doesn't seem to hit the targets you have set?
Are you lacking in motivation and wanting an extra boost to make your training as effective as possible?
Then MPC Fitness maybe your solution! Working closely with myself, training programs can be designed specifically for you, shaping your workouts to be the most effective possible. All clients are welcome to contact me at any time with any queries regarding their nutrition and exercise programs.
No further gym memberships are required! The only price you will pay is the session fee and nothing more!

HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Prior to commencing a fitness program, we will give you a full health asssessment to guage your current level of fitness. By doing this, the most effective training program can be compiled, matched personally to your needs. This is done by the following:
- Blood pressure and resting heart rate
- Body composition tests
- flexibility
- Peak expiratory flow
